Simple, fair terms for using KidsPro World. Please read them with your family.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KidsPro World (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Because the App is designed for children ages 2-8, these Terms are entered into by the parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.

2. Use of the Service

KidsPro World is an educational app that provides learning games, drawing activities, and interactive experiences for young children. You agree to use the App only for its intended educational purposes.

  • The App is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
  • You may not redistribute the App or its content

3. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

As the adult responsible for a child using the App, you agree to:

  • Supervise your child's use of the App
  • Create and manage the account on behalf of your child
  • Provide a valid email address for account verification
  • Review our Privacy Policy before letting your child use the App

4. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Do not share your OTP codes with anyone
  • Sign out when using shared devices
  • Keep your email account secure

5. Content & Ownership

All content within the App — including characters, illustrations, music, sound effects, and educational material — is the intellectual property of KidsPro World and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Drawings and creative work your child creates inside the App belong to your family. We do not claim ownership over child-created content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
  • Impersonate another person or create fake accounts

7. Disclaimers

KidsPro World is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. While we work hard to ensure a safe and educational experience, we cannot guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

The App is an educational tool and does not replace professional childhood education, medical advice, or parental supervision.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidsPro World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To delete your account, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the App, or email us at kidsproapp@gmail.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
