Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using KidsPro World (the “App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App.

Because the App is designed for children ages 2–8, these Terms are entered into by the parent or legal guardian (“you” or “Parent”) on behalf of the child. By creating an account or allowing your child to use the App, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

The App is intended for use by children ages 2–8 under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Account registration requires a valid email address belonging to a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Children may not create accounts independently.

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your verification codes (OTP) with any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is being used in an unauthorized manner.

As the parent or legal guardian, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:

• Supervising your child's use of the App
• Reviewing and understanding our Privacy Policy
• Managing your child's account settings, including content preferences
• Ensuring the App is used in accordance with these Terms

You may withdraw your consent and request deletion of your child's data at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the App.

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its components
• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity, or create fraudulent accounts
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious software or harmful content

All content within the App — including but not limited to educational materials, games, quizzes, illustrations, animations, characters, audio, music, sound effects, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of KidsPro World or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the App may be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without our prior written consent. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

Drawings, artwork, and other creative content that your child creates within the App (“User Content”) remain the property of you and your family. We do not claim ownership over User Content and will not use, share, or distribute User Content for any purpose outside of providing the App's functionality.

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display User Content within the App solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We strive to provide a reliable and consistent experience, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or without interruption. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Impose limits on certain features or access

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through in-app notifications or email.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. The educational content within the App is designed to supplement, not replace, formal education, professional instruction, or parental supervision.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KIDSPRO WORLD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for use of the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ten US dollars (USD $10.00), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KidsPro World and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the App settings (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing us at kidsproapp@gmail.com.

Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within thirty (30) days. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KidsPro World regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
