KidsPro World LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates LuduFudu: Jiso-Jani (the “App”), a digital board game application available on iOS and Android platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. LuduFudu is designed as a privacy-first application — your game data stays on your device, and we do not collect personal information.

LuduFudu does not collect, transmit, store on servers, or share:

• ✓Location data (GPS, IP-based, or otherwise)
• ✓Device identifiers (IDFA, GAID, or fingerprinting data)
• ✓Photos, camera data, or microphone recordings
• ✓Contacts, call logs, or SMS data

• ✓Financial or payment information
• ✓Biometric data
• ✓Health or fitness data
• ✓Analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking data

LuduFudu stores the following data locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device:

• Game settings (sound, haptics, language, theme, colorblind mode)
• Game history (match results, win/loss records, dice statistics)
• Profile information (player name and avatar — chosen by you)
• Achievement progress and cosmetic inventory
• Tutorial and daily reward state
• Game replay data (up to 10 recent replays)

This data is stored using the operating system’s standard preferences storage and is accessible only to the LuduFudu app on your device. It is not encrypted beyond the device-level encryption provided by your operating system.

We do not share, sell, rent, trade, or disclose any user data to third parties because we do not collect any user data. There are no:

• Advertising networks or ad partners receiving data
• Analytics providers receiving data
• Social media integrations transmitting data
• Data brokers or resellers receiving data

The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, crash reporters, or advertising networks. The App functions entirely offline after installation.

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details. See their respective privacy policies: Apple / Google.

LuduFudu is a general-audience board game suitable for all ages. It is not directed specifically at children under 13, but children may use the App.

COPPA Compliance (United States)

Because LuduFudu does not collect any personal information from any user — including children — we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• No personal information is collected from children under 13
• No account creation or login required
• No communication between users
• No age-restricted content
• Virtual coins are cosmetic only and have no real-world monetary value

LuduFudu offers optional cosmetic in-app purchases (board themes, pawn skins, character outfits). These purchases:

• Are processed entirely by Apple or Google
• Provide cosmetic changes only — no gameplay advantages are sold, ever
• Do not include loot boxes or randomized purchase outcomes
• Can be restricted using parental controls

We will never sell dice power-ups, extra turns, or any item that provides a gameplay advantage. Fair play is a core principle of LuduFudu.

LuduFudu may display limited, non-intrusive banner advertisements on the home screen only. Advertisements are never shown during active gameplay. Key commitments:

• No full-screen interstitial ads
• No video ads that interrupt play
• No ads during any game session
• No personalized or behaviorally targeted ads (we collect no data to target with)
• The optional “Ad-Free Forever” purchase removes all advertisements permanently

Although we do not collect or transmit data, we take the security of your locally stored game data seriously:

• All data remains on-device in the operating system’s sandboxed app storage
• The App does not require or request internet permissions for core gameplay
• No data is transmitted to external servers
• Device-level encryption (provided by iOS and Android) protects stored data
• The App does not access other apps’ data, contacts, photos, or system resources beyond what is needed for gameplay (audio, haptics)

All game data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all LuduFudu data at any time by:

• 1In the App: Go to Settings → Reset Progress
• 2Uninstall: Removing the App deletes all associated local data
• 3System Settings: Clear the App’s data through your device’s storage settings

Because we store no data on servers, there is no server-side data to request deletion of.

GDPR (European Economic Area)

Although we do not collect personal data, we respect GDPR principles. Since no personal data is processed, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection are satisfied by default — there is simply no data to act upon. You may contact us at any time to verify this.

CCPA (California)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected. We confirm: we collect no personal information. We do not sell personal information. There is no data to delete, access, or opt out of.

LuduFudu requests only the minimum device permissions necessary:

The App does not request access to: camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, Bluetooth, NFC, or any other sensitive permissions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. If we make material changes (such as beginning to collect data we previously did not), we will notify you through an in-app notice before the changes take effect.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
