4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

KidsPro World is designed specifically for children ages 2–8 and is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. We take children's privacy extremely seriously.

  • Parental Consent Required: We require a parent or guardian's email address for account creation. Verifiable parental consent is obtained through email verification before any data is collected from a child.
  • No Independent Child Accounts: Children cannot create accounts independently. All accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
  • Minimum Data Collection: We collect only the information strictly necessary to provide the educational service. We do not condition a child's participation on disclosing more information than is reasonably necessary.
  • No Public Information: We do not allow children to make any personal information publicly available.
  • Parental Rights: Parents can review, modify, or request deletion of their child's information at any time through the Parent Zone in the App or by contacting us directly.
  • Right to Refuse: Parents may refuse further collection of their child's information and request deletion of previously collected data at any time.

5. Data Storage & Security

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures to protect user data:

  • All data is transmitted using TLS/SSL encryption
  • Data at rest is encrypted using strong encryption standards
  • User authentication is managed through a secure, verified identity provider with email-based one-time password (OTP) verification
  • Access to user data is strictly restricted on a need-to-know basis and is continuously monitored
  • We conduct regular security reviews and audits of our systems
  • We maintain deletion protection and backup mechanisms for data integrity

While we employ commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to promptly addressing any security incidents.
