Common fixes, in seconds
App won’t open?
Fully close the app and reopen it. If that doesn’t work, restart your device. If the issue persists, update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
Didn’t receive an OTP email?
Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you entered the correct email. OTPs can take up to 2 minutes. Still no luck? Request a new one or email us.
Forgot your login?
Use the same email you signed up with. If you can’t remember which email, email us from the address you think you used and we’ll help.
App feels slow?
Try restarting your device and make sure you have the latest version installed. Older devices may benefit from closing background apps before playing.
